Slaw with Chipotle Barbecue Burgers

Ingredients :

Breadcrumbs (dry), ½ cup
Barbecue sauce, 2 tbsps
Chipotle chiles (chopped and canned
in adobo sauce), 1 tbsp
Garlic (minced and bottled), 1 tsp
Lean beef, 1 pound
1 large egg
Cooking spray
Cabbage and carrot coleslaw, 2 cups
Mayonnaise (reduced-fat), 1 tbsp
Sour cream (reduced-fat), 1 tbsp
Sugar, 1 tsp
Vinegar, 1 tsp
Salt, 1/8 tsp
Black pepper, 1/8 tsp
Hamburger buns, 4 pieces (1 1/2-
ounce)

Mix in the bread crumbs, barbecue sauce,

Place patties in a pan covered with cooking spray and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until well done.
In a mixing dish, combine the remaining 6 ingredients as well as the coleslaw. 
Serve with 12 cup coleslaw mixture as a topping on half of the bread and let the other half alone.
