  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 10 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 large egg (whisked)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 pound seafood mix
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 lb lasagna noodles (fresh)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. For the bechamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for one minute until golden. Gradually whisk in milk until thickened, then add parmesan cheese.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, egg, parsley, and salt until smooth.
  4. Cook the seafood mix in a skillet with olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley for about three minutes.
  5. Assemble by layering bechamel sauce, lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, seafood mixture, and repeat until all ingredients are used. Top with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
