Ingredients :
1 small leg ( washed & dried)
1/4 cup oil
2 teaspoons ginger/garlic
1 teaspoon Robertsons steak & chops spice
1 teaspoon Robertsons barbeque spice
1 tsp ground dhania powder
2 cups vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon brown onion soup
1/2 cup water12 cloves
Directions :
Leg cloves should be inserted and left in vinegar overnight. Leg should be taken out of the vinegar and marinated in all the spices, except ghee and brown onion soup. Ghee is heated in a big pot. Put the marinated leg inside and cook it. As needed, add a little water. Remove leg from pot once it starts to tenderize. Add 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of brown onion soup to the saucepan, then bring to a boil. Before serving, spoon this gravy over the roast.
