  • 25.4 oz bags Knorr Creamy Chicken Flavored Rice or Herb & Butter Rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
  • 3.5 cups chicken stock
  • 2/3 cup white grape juice
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (plus more for topping)
  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter (melted)
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 1.5 cups Monterey Jack cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease a 9×13 casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In the dish, combine both bags of Knorr rice, diced chicken, chicken stock, white grape juice, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, red pepper flakes, Monterey Jack cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well using a whisk.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until most liquid is absorbed.
  5. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
