  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Onion buns

Instructions

  1. Season the chuck roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the roast until browned on all sides.
  3. Place the seared roast into a crockpot. Pour in beef broth and sprinkle with ranch seasoning, steak seasoning, minced garlic, and top with sliced onions.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours until tender. Shred the beef using two forks.
  5. Mix shredded beef with additional Arby’s sauce for flavor.
