Chile Salad

Ingredients :

Sirloin steak(trimmed), 1 pound
Salt, ½ tsp
Black pepper, ¼tsp
Cooking spray
Cilantro (chopped), 2 tbsps
Lime juice, 1 tbsp
Mango(peeled and diced), 1 medium
Red jalapeño pepper(thinly sliced), 1
Dry-roasted peanuts (un-salted and
chopped), 2 tbsps
Coconut ginger rice

Preheat the grill.
Brush the steak with pepper and 3/8 teaspoon salt, place it on a grill sprayed with cooking spray, and cook for 5 minutes on each side. After 6 mints, cut the steaks into pieces.
In a bowl, combine cilantro, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and the remaining ingredients, along with the peanuts topping, and serve with salad.
