Asian Flank Steak Grilled with Mango Salad

Ingredients :

Cilantro (chopped), ¼ cup
Sugar,5 tsps
Ginger (peeled and grated), 1 tbsp
Garlic (minced), 1 tbsp
Fish sauce, 1 tbsp
Soy sauce (low-sodium), 1 tbsp
Flank steak(trimmed), 1 piece (1-
pound)
Cooking spray
Lime juice, 3 tbsps
Water, 2 tbsps
Peanut butter (reduced-fat), 1 tbsp
Red pepper (crushed), ½ tsp
Romaine lettuce (shredded), 3 cups
Green cabbage (shredded), 2 cups
Mint leaves, ½ cup
Cilantro leaves, ½ cup
Green onions (thinly sliced), ¼ cup
1 mango(peeled and diced)

Preheat the grill.
In a plastic bag, combine 1 tbsp sugar, cilantro (sliced), and the remaining 4 ingredients. Wait 16 mints after adding meat. Remove the meat and set aside the remaining.
Splash the meat with the saved mixture, place it on a grill covered with grilling spray, and cook for 6 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly done. Disconnect it from the grill and cover it. Allow 6 mints. Cut it into wedges.
Spoon 2 tbsp of water, the rest of the sugar, pepper, peanut butter, and lime juice into a bowl. Include the lettuce and the remaining four ingredients. Serve the beef with a salad and a mango garnish.
