Ingredients :
½ pound ground round
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped carrot
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
3 tbsps brown sugar
¼tsp salt
Dash of black pepper
Italian pizza crusts, 4 pieces (4-
ounce)
Provolone or part-skim mozzarella
cheese (finely shredded), ¼ cup (1
ounce)
Cilantro (chopped), 2 tbsps
Preheat oven to 450°.
Cook carrot, meat, and onion in a pot until well cooked. Crumble using a spoon. Squeeze well and return the meat mixture to the saucepan.
Cook for 6 minutes with pepper, sugar, barbecue sauce, and salt.
Place the pizza on top, then evenly divide the meat mixture and cover with cheese.
Prepare it for 15 mints and serve with cilantro.
