Watercress (chopped), 1 cup

Canola mayonnaise, 3 tbsps

French bread baguette, 1 (8-ounce)
Butter(softened), 4 tsps
Deli roast beef (low-sodium, thinly
sliced), 8 ounces
Tomato, 8 slices (¼-inch-thick)
Mix in the mayonnaise, watercress, black pepper, tarragon, onions, and hair slaw.
Piece the baguette into landscape orientation and top each slice with one tablespoon of butter. Onto the baguette, distribute the meat equally. Each sandwich should be prepared with the slaw mixture in a single cup, two slices of tomato on top, and baguette on the bottom.
