Gold Butter Grilled Ribeye Steaks

Ingredients:
  • 4 ribeye steaks (about 1-inch thick)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Gold Butter:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon edible gold flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to high heat. Brush the steaks with olive oil.
  3. Grill the steaks to your preferred level of doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on thickness.
  4. While the steaks are grilling, prepare the gold butter. In a bowl, combine softened butter, edible gold flakes, garlic powder, parsley, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  5. Once the steaks are cooked to your liking, let them rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve each steak with a dollop of the gold butter on top, allowing it to melt over the warm steak.
