Strawberry Bombs

Ingredients:
  • 24 large strawberries
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate for drizzling (optional)
Directions:
  1. Rinse the strawberries and pat them dry. Carefully cut off the tops and hollow out the center of each strawberry using a small spoon or a melon baller.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Using a small spoon or a piping bag, fill each hollowed strawberry with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Dip the open end of each filled strawberry into the crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits, coating the cream cheese layer.
  6. If desired, drizzle melted chocolate over the strawberries for an extra touch of sweetness.
  7. Chill the strawberries in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
