Condensed Milk Chocolate Cream

Ingredients:

4 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup unsalted butter
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

Directions:

In a large saucepan, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder until smooth.
Add the butter to the saucepan. Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring constantly to ensure even melting and prevent burning.
Continue to cook the mixture, stirring frequently, until it thickens to a creamy consistency. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
Once the mixture is thick and smooth, remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
Allow the chocolate cream to cool for a few minutes before using. It can be used as a filling for cakes and pastries, a spread for bread, or as a dip for fruits and cookies.
If not using immediately, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It can be reheated gently when needed.
