Ingredients :
8 cups bread, cubed
3 Eggs
3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
2 cups Sugar + 2Tbsp
2 cups Fresh Peaches, Peeled, Pitted And Diced
½ cups Pecans, Chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
Caramel sauce :
1 cup Unsalted Butter
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Brown Suga
Directions :
the oven to 350 degrees.
Apply cooking spray to a 9×13 baking pan.
Melted butter, yogurt, and milk are added to three beaten eggs in a big bowl. 2 cups of sugar should be added gradually while stirring to dissolve. Mix in the bread and peaches.
Give the mixture 30 minutes to soak into the bread.
Combine two tablespoons of sugar and one teaspoon of cinnamon in a small bowl.
Spread the cinnamon sugar mixture over the bread mixture before placing it in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes with a lightly covered covering of greased foil.
After removing the foil, add the pecans, and bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is brown and the middle is firm.
Make the caramel sauce while the bread pudding bakes.
Stir the butter, heavy cream, and brown sugar in a large pot over low heat until boiling.
Turn down the heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
For over each portion of bread pudding. Add vanilla ice cream to the dish.
