1 dozen Eggs
2 dozen Fresh Shrimp-medium sized
1 tsp Cooking Oil
1/2 small Lemon
2-3 tb Mayonnaise
1/2-1 tb Hot Sauce-depending on spice level
1 tb Sweet Relish
1-2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning + 2 tsp (for Cajun shrimp)
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tb Fresh Chopped Dill-+ 2tsp (garnish)
Salt + Pepper To Taste

Exactly Boiling Eggs
Put the eggs in a small saucepan gently.
When the eggs start to boil, cover the pot with water, turn off the heat, and let the eggs sit for 15 to 20 minutes.
Louisiana Egg Filling
Egg yolks are placed in a medium bowl after being peeled and cut in half. Put the whites of the half eggs on paper towels to dry.
Add the ingredients, starting with the mayo, to the bowl containing the egg yolks.
After adding each ingredient, taste it and adjust the spice level to your preference.
Combine till creamy, then cover and leave.
Creole Shrimp
Add olive oil to a medium-sized pan and heat it to medium-high. With a paper towel, dry the shrimp. Stir in Ole Bay until well combined.
Cook shrimp in a skillet until done (if raw) or slightly charred.
About 1 teaspoon of lemon juice should be added to the shrimp halfway through cooking.
Cajun Shrimp Deviled Eggs Presentation
Place one Cajun shrimp on top of the equally distributed egg mixture in the egg white cups.
Dill and paprika are used as garnish.
